A four-component aluminum mechanical keychain modeled in SolidWorks with GD&T, then machined on manual and CNC equipment and assembled.

Overview
I modeled a four-component aluminum keychain assembly (top plate, bottom plate, spacer, and keyring connector) in SolidWorks, using fully constrained, dimensionally complete sketches with clear primary, secondary, and tertiary datums.
GD&T and fit
GD&T fundamentals (hole position, concentricity, and thickness tolerances) were applied so that the fasteners, gear, and keyring interfaces align properly.
Manufacture
I machined the components on manual and CNC equipment and assembled the final product, confirming an accurate, reliable fit across all interfaces.
